Vinifera 2023 – The Exhibition Market

Vinifera 2023 will be the fifth edition of the event dedicated to the guardians of the alpine arc, winemakers and artisans of taste who work on the peaks and slopes of this majestic mountain belt, Italian and not.

In addition to the heroic Italian producers, from the Aosta Valley to Friuli-Venezia Giulia, there will be also the small sustainable producers, attentive to the territory, coming from France, Austria, Swiss and Slovenia for an even more complete experience in the world of the high altitude wine-growing.

Special guests of Vinifera 2023 the volcanic wines of the Etna, the result of a sour and rocky land, that protrudes, kissing the intense blue sea.

What will happen on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th March, from 11 to 7 pm at Trento Expo?

  • A time and a place where to meet again and where to discover the alpine artisanal producers chosen for you by Associazione Centrifuga.
  • Free tasting among the stalls of 100 winemakers coming from the alpine regions and artisans of taste, cider and beer.
  • Direct sale at the producers’ stall, catering service available on both days and guided tastings sessions.

The winemakers of Vinifera 2023

All the winemakers share the choice of working with particular attention to the territory and to the people who live there, including in their activities budget the costs of being as sustainable as possible in what they make and in what they produce.

Authentic winegrowers have accompanied us along this wine journey, real cultural artisans who match expertise and personality. Telling their choices and their daily acts, they have described their wine and their land, because making wine means also to combine culture and nature.

Premio del pubblico “La picca d’oro”

Anche quest’anno il pubblico di Vinifera assegnerà il premio “La Picca d’Oro ” al miglior vignaiolo presente ai banchi della Mostra Mercato sabato 26 e domenica 27 marzo. Nelle precedenti edizioni, il premio del pubblico è andato a Villa Persani (2018), Malga Ribelle (2019),  Cantina El Zeremia (2021) e Seppi Weingut (2022). Le schede per la votazione saranno disponibili presso lo stand associativo.
